Since its planning stage, the MA Building Mita has adopted various energy-saving measures, including energy-efficient air conditioners. In June 2023, the building obtained the “ZEB Ready” certification, one of the four levels of the ZEB* series promoted by Japan’s Ministry of the Environment(The MA Building Mita Ⅲ,currently in development,is also planned to be certified.). Other building features include an elevator capable of accommodating a stretcher, barrier-free facilities, and electric vehicle charging stations (planned), all of which aim to make the building friendly to both people and the environment.
